Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

By booking a tour, participants acknowledge that kayaking involves inherent risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
2. Cancellation & Change Policy

No changes or cancellations are permitted within 14 days (2 weeks) of the scheduled tour date.

Cancellations or change requests made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Missed tours, late arrivals, or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

Kayak tours are weather‑dependent. Conditions such as high winds, lightning, unsafe sea state, or other hazards may require cancellation.

If a tour is cancelled due to poor weather or unsafe conditions, guests will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe or if operational concerns arise.

Decisions regarding weather and safety are made solely at the discretion of the guide or operator.
4. Participant Requirements

All participants must wear a Transport Canada–approved PFD for the duration of the activity.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.

Alcohol or drug use before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to departure.

By participating, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of kayaking, including but not limited to capsizing, cold water exposure, changing weather, and natural hazards.
6. Operator Rights

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears unfit, unsafe, or non‑compliant with safety instructions.

We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or group sizes as needed for safety or operational reasons.
